Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship orders using reliable carriers, including Australia Post and other trusted delivery services.

  • Shipping options, delivery times, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia - Metro): 7–14 business days

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia - Regional): 14–21 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • Any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to track your shipment with the carrier.

Shipping Issues

  • Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@theorbstore.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia.

  • If we expand to international shipping, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed over to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • All returns must comply with our Refund Policy to be accepted.
