Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment with the carrier.
Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@theorbstore.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
If we expand to international shipping, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed over to the carrier.
